Nagaros Naga Dildo

Nagaros is a serpent dildo cast in platinum-cured silicone, 22.2 cm (8.7 in) long on the S and 35.5 cm (14.0 in) on the XL. The tip is split in two, and below it the shaft is a chain of four swells, each wider than the last. That is the whole idea. You take the small one, your body closes behind it, and the next asks for a little more. By the fourth you are at the widest point.

The body is a snake's, the serpent of the naga legends: forked tongue at the front, a long trunk behind it laid out in segments. The feathered look comes from leaf-like wraps climbing the shaft from the base. We kept them low. They are there to be felt between the swells, not to compete with them.

Two prongs with a slit between them, narrower together than any swell below. On the way in they press together and enter as one slim point; past the opening they part again, so the first thing you feel is two soft points on either wall instead of one. Pinch an earlobe: that soft, that easy to bend, because they are the thinnest part. A strange first second.

Four of them, each wider than the one before. This is the part you buy Nagaros for. A swell reaches the opening, you stretch for it, it pops through, and the neck behind it lets you close and rest for a beat. Then the next one arrives, a little bigger, and it happens again. Go slow and you can count to four. Go faster and the pops run together into a pulse. Pulling out runs the ladder in reverse, big to small, and that is its own thing. If you want one wide head and nothing after it, this is the wrong toy.

Rough, dark, and shaped like the root end of something pulled out of the ground, and on each size it sits wider than the widest swell above it. Under it is a suction cup, cast as part of the piece, so it stands on its own and stays where you press it. The base is what stops the fourth swell from going further than it should, and it is also the handle. The S is 317 g (11.2 oz) and sits in one hand; the XL is 1342 g (3.0 lb), and you will want both, or a surface you trust.
