Every Oieffur order ships in unmarked packaging. This page says exactly what arrives, so nothing about the delivery is a surprise.
What the outer box shows
A plain box. No logo, no brand name, no product name and no description of the contents anywhere on the outside. Nothing printed on it says what kind of shop the parcel came from.
Whose name is on the label
The shipping label shows a neutral sender name rather than Oieffur, so a courier or anyone else who handles the parcel learns nothing from it.
Customs declarations
International orders are declared to customs simply as toys. Rates, processing time and delivery estimates for each region are in the shipping policy.
What we send you, and what we do not
You get an order confirmation and, once the parcel ships, a tracking email. We do not send catalogues, printed inserts, samples or any other physical mail, and we do not pass your address to anyone but the carrier making the delivery. Each piece arrives in the dust-free pouch it is stored in.
