You can try to contact us, we will find a logistics provider to confirm the shipping cost and timeliness and notify you, no matter where you are, we will find a way to deliver the product to you.

We put the product in a black plastic bag and then put it in a brown box. Ensure privacy and product delivery to you during transit.

If you are inside the US, your order will typically take approximately 2-7 business days in transit.** Packages shall be shipped using a 4PX shipping service or USPS Priority Mail***. This is only an estimate of transit time if there are no delays or other occurrences, and *actual manufacturing times and actual **shipping time in transit may vary.

***For domestic orders, we reserve the right to choose the shipping provider and that provider's service based on factors such as the item's weight, size, and destination. By default, these services will include the following based on the criteria shown:

FedEx Home Delivery: Typically used to ship to an address that is identified as a home residence location.

USPS: Typically used for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, shipments to Puerto Rico, or when more economical (vs. FedEx) to any US state.
Requests to change shipping carriers or services that are received late, may not be able to be approved.
*A signature may be required for some deliveries, including deliveries to businesses or for orders exceeding $500.00 in value.
We reserve the right to select the carrier and service at the time of shipping.
If you are outside the US, your order will be shipped to you via 4PX or USPS and should arrive 7-10 days after shipping (assuming no delays). We typically ship most international orders via 4PX, but we are required to use USPS when shipping to certain destination countries. If you are in Europe, we will use our overseas warehouse in Europe to ship and deliver it in 2-5 days (except the UK). We reserve the right to choose the carrier and service when shipping.

Because we offer a flat rate shipping option, we do incur an overall monthly loss on shipping costs, we reserve the right to select the most affordable shipping option and may select a carrier based on cost. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier at all times.

After you place your order, you will receive an automated email with information and a shipment tracking link sent to the email you provided generally within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email notice within 24 hours of placing your order, please check any spam or other filter folders where this may have gone. If you still cannot locate this email, please contact us at kim@oieffur.com with your order number and inquiry. This tracking information is automatically sent once your shipping label is printed, but it does not mean that your order has shipped.

About after-sales

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we, unfortunately, cannot take returns once your toy leaves our shop. We do not accept returns for exchanges for alternate products or refunds. For manufacturer's defects or order discrepancies, please email us at kim@oieffur.com or contact us

If you notice a defect with your product, please contact us. One of the most common mistakes that customers make is placing an order for a toy that is too big. We do not accept returns on orders where the customer has misjudged the size of the toy; please pay close attention to the specifications of the toy you are ordering.

About Products

Yes. One thing we do to help keep our costs lower than our competitors is to not wash the toys after production before they are shipped; we leave that up to the customer. Your toy will most likely have an oily or greasy substance on it. This is a release agent, such as vaseline or similar, that is used to keep your toy from adhering to the mold. This release agent is harmless but should be washed off prior to use. Our materials are tested for a variety of dangerous chemicals, and all of our products are 100% safe to use on delivery (once you wash them off)

Keeping to a few rules your toys will last you for many decades:

  • Store clean and dry.  Because silicone is non-toxic, it won’t prevent mold from growing on it.
  • Stand upright or lay flat without kinks. Clear plastic containers are great for storage. Personally, I purchased several under bed storage drawers and stacked them to create a toy chest in my closet. I simply lay my silicone toys flat inside.
  • Store apart from any other non-silicone toys, especially vinyl ones.  Using a box or shelf that once stored vinyl toys will also damage silicone.  The plasticizers used in them get onto the surface and dissolve the chemical bonds, turning it to goo.
  • Using a cloth to wrap them is not recommended.  If you still wish to, just be sure to use material made of pure cotton and be ok with it absorbing some oils and staining.  Also, use new cloth and not one repurposed from storing vinyl toys as the plasticizers will be in the cloth in enough quantity to still dissolve the silicone.

The platinum silicone used in our products is made in the United States and is tested by an independent laboratory. This does not mean that our silicone is medical grade; you should not surgically implant a Boss Hogg Dildo into someone’s chest. What this does mean is that it is considered "body safe" and can be used with no concern of adverse reactions. 

Silicone toy manufacturers do not use true medical-grade silicone for toys, not the type that can be surgically implanted (at least we don't know of any). In fact, most toy makers may not even use a platinum-cured grade silicone that is tested to ensure it is skin safe. Unless the manufacturer can show you test results, you really just don't know what you are putting in your body.
