How to choose a sleeve
Every sleeve here is hollow and comes in one size. The opening stretches to fit the wearer, so the number to check is the partner's: the widest circumference. After that, pick by what you want the sleeve to change.
The horse head
All three start from the flat, flared head of a horse, and that head goes in as one step.
- Storm Horse is the horse cock sleeve with the flat crown and nearly one width behind it: 20.7 cm (8.1 in) long, 15.8 cm (6.2 in) around at the widest.
- Warhorse has an open tip, so the wearer can come through it or stay inside. It is 20.5 cm (8.1 in) long and 15.6 cm (6.1 in) around, with a two-ring base.
- Horse Sheath is the horse cock sheath with a solid head that sits past the end of the wearer, which is where the added length comes from. At 17.3 cm (6.8 in) around it is the widest of the three, and it is widest near the base, the end you reach last.
A canine shape, no knot
Dog Penis Sleeve goes in at a tapered tip and builds to 18 cm (7.1 in) around, the widest sleeve we make, with no knot to pop past on the way in or out.
A size up that still looks human
- Black Fury holds on with a scrotal pouch, and at 13.3 cm (5.2 in) around it is the narrowest one here.
- Lifelike Sleeve adds a little rather than a lot: 14 cm (5.5 in) around, 109 g (3.8 oz), and a row of soft beads along the underside that drags across the partner's front wall on each stroke.
More going on, less stretch
Cyberpunk Sheath is shaped like machine parts. A tapered head goes in first, then a stack of rings that pop past one at a time, up to 15.5 cm (6.1 in) around. At 21.5 cm (8.5 in) it is also the longest.

What is a horse cock sleeve?
It is a hollow silicone sleeve shaped after a horse and worn over the penis; some people call it a horse penis sleeve. The wearer goes inside, and the partner takes the flat, flared head and the body behind it. Ours are platinum-cured silicone, with a soft wall that folds between two fingers.
Is a horse cock sheath different from a sleeve?
No. Sheath, sleeve and extender are names for the same hollow, wearable piece. We say sleeve on most pages, and one of ours is simply called Horse Sheath.
Will a horse sleeve fit me?
Each one comes in a single size, and the openings stretch to fit the wearer, which is why the size tables list no base diameter. The figure to compare is the widest circumference, against what the partner already takes: 15.6 cm (6.1 in) on Warhorse, 15.8 cm (6.2 in) on Storm Horse, 17.3 cm (6.8 in) on Horse Sheath.
How does a penis sleeve stay on?
Most hold by a ring at the base. On the three horse sleeves and on Lifelike Sleeve a second ring goes around the balls. Black Fury uses a pouch with a small opening for the balls. Dog Penis Sleeve and Cyberpunk Sheath hold by one thickened ring at the opening.
