Horse Sheath Cock Sleeve

Flat across the front and wider than the neck behind it, and solid the whole way through, which is why the sleeve runs longer than what is inside it. For the partner, that lip is what you take first. It goes in as one step, the neck lets you close behind it, and then the body starts to widen again. On the way out the lip catches once and lets go. The head is not smooth: on slow strokes there is a lighter drag under the bigger step of the lip. We think the lip is the reason to pick this over a plain extender.
