Materials & Safety
What material are Oieffur products made from?
Platinum-cured silicone. Every product, every batch. This is a medical-grade material that is non-porous, phthalate-free, and hypoallergenic. It can be fully sterilized by boiling for 3-5 minutes. Are your products body safe?
Yes. Platinum-cured silicone meets FDA biocompatibility standards (ISO 10993) for prolonged skin and body contact. It contains no phthalates, BPA, or latex. Because it is non-porous, bacteria cannot penetrate the surface — unlike TPE or PVC, which are porous and can harbor bacteria even after washing.
Do your products have a smell or taste?
No. Platinum-cured silicone is odorless and tasteless. If a silicone product has a noticeable chemical smell, it is likely not true platinum-cured silicone.
Is the coloring safe?
Yes. We use body-safe pigments that are mixed into the silicone before curing. The color is part of the material, not a surface coating — it will not rub off, fade, or leach.
Sizing & Firmness
How do I choose the right size?
Start with our Size Guide, which lists exact dimensions (total length, usable length, max diameter) for every product in every size tier. Quick test: make a circle with your thumb and index finger matching the max diameter. If it feels like a stretch in your hand, it will feel like a stretch elsewhere. When in doubt, go one size smaller.
What is the Sensory Firmness Scale?
Our proprietary 4-level system that translates Shore hardness ratings into real-world feel. Firmness depends on both the silicone formula and the diameter — a thinner piece feels firmer, a thicker piece feels softer, even in the same material. What is the difference between single-density and dual-density?
Single-density products (Nagaros) are made from one layer of silicone — uniform feel throughout. Dual-density products (Strong Bow, Fenrahl) have a soft outer layer over a firm inner core. The result is a more lifelike feel: yielding on the surface, structured underneath. At the same diameter, dual-density feels slightly softer to the touch.
I am a beginner. Where should I start?
Nagaros in size S. It has a tapered split tip that eases entry, graduated nodes that build intensity gradually, and single-density construction that is the most straightforward to work with. If you are interested in equine or canine designs, check the Size Guide first and choose the smallest available size.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All orders ship in unmarked packaging — no logos, no brand names, no product descriptions on the exterior. The shipping label shows a generic sender name. Customs declarations for international orders list contents as "silicone art piece."
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on destination. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at service@oieffur.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered production, we can modify or cancel it. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we replace it at no cost. If sizing is wrong on an unused product in original packaging, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage and the packaging, then email us at service@oieffur.com. We will send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged item.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my toy?
Warm water and mild soap after each use. For full sterilization, boil in water for 3-5 minutes. Pay attention to texture crevices — vine ridges and node gaps can trap residue. Dry fully before storing. Full instructions on our Care Guide.
What lubricant should I use?
Water-based lubricant only. While platinum-cured silicone is more resistant to silicone-based lubricant than cheaper silicones, we recommend water-based to eliminate any risk of surface degradation over long-term use.
How should I store it?
In the dust-free pouch included with your order. Store each piece separately — silicone stored touching other silicone or rubber can react over time. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
