The Article: We understand that a perfect fit is the prelude to a profound experience. Should you find your chosen instrument does not achieve the most harmonious resonance with you, even after use, we honor your sentiment. Within 15 days of receipt, please initiate a correspondence with us. We will open a special acquisition opportunity for you: the privilege to exchange for a different size of the same instrument at an honorific price of 80% of the original. We are dedicated to assisting you in finding the one that is truly yours.The Counsel: While this covenant is in place, we still advise a careful review of our sizing codex or a consultation with our online advisors upon your initial selection. It is our hope that you find your perfect instrument on the first attempt, avoiding any unnecessary delay.

The Article: Every work from Oieffur is our vow of integrity in craftsmanship. Should the instrument you receive unfortunately possess any flaw in material or craft, please contact us upon receipt with corresponding visual documentation. To preserve your dignity and eliminate inconvenience, upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a new instrument to you or provide a mutually agreed-upon resolution. This process typically does not require you to return the original item.

From the moment you place your order to the second the instrument is in your hands, we strictly adhere to this promise.Discreet Packaging: All instruments are housed in multi-layered, neutral packaging devoid of any brand markings or product descriptions.Shipping Information: The sender and contents description on the shipping label will be neutralized and obscured to make the package's contents indiscernible from the exterior.Logistics Partners: We partner exclusively with logistics providers of high repute to ensure discretion throughout the delivery process.

The Article: Given the intimate nature of Oieffur instruments, and out of the highest concern for the health and hygiene of all bearers, once the original factory seal of an instrument is broken, we cannot offer a standard return or exchange, unless the instrument itself possesses a manufacturing flaw (for sizing issues, please refer to the Article of Perfect Fit). This policy exists to ensure that every bearer receives a pristine, unused, and pure instrument.A Request for Understanding: We ask for your understanding and request that you carefully verify the model and color of your instrument before breaking the seal.
