RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Opened or used items cannot be returned due to the intimate nature of our products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at service@oieffur.com with photos. We will make it right.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU CUSTOMERS

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
